We value our clients and are so grateful for each purchase. Our arrangements are known for their longevity. We take pride in using high-quality florals and strive to have every product delivered looking beautiful. Please let us know if your order is not in top condition when you receive it. Simply email us photos of the issue at ericalong@mac.com with a detailed description right away and we will gladly rectify the situation with a replacement or refund.

Once your order is delivered, we cannot be responsible for the integrity of the flowers or offer a replacement or refund. We do recommend you keep your new arrangement in a cool shaded area and refill the vase if water levels get low. Most importantly, we hope you enjoy it!
